Welcome to Losing Stomach Fat. Are you are interested in getting rid of belly fat? I know I was! Fortunately, I finally did lose my body fat and actually got a six pack – a first in my life. It only took me about 5 years to figure out something that worked though!
For years I’ve been overweight. I’ve tried to get rid of my belly fat (I had a decent sized gut), but everything I tried failed – diets, exercise programs, running, swimming, etc. I’ve always been physically active as well. Still I guess I had that unlucky body type that loves putting on weight.
For some reason, I just couldn’t lose any sort of weight. Getting rid of stomach fat was just not happening – no matter what I tried.
Losing stomach fat was a pipe dream for years. I was starting to get incredibly frustrated with my lack of results. I mean, you can only fail so many times before feeling disillusioned and giving up. And trust me, I was ready to give up.
Fortunately, a few months ago I found a solution that worked and for the first time, lost my gut and have made huge strides towards getting the body I’ve been dreaming about. So I can tell you right now as one of those former “fat guys” that it doesn’t have to be that way for you.

This blog is my personal story about everything I’ve learned on my path to get the body I’ve always wanted. If you want to know how to get rid of belly fat, there are some things you need to know that can mean the difference between achieving success or keeping that flab on.
My goal is to have people leave this site with nuggets of information that will lose weight fast and for good. Everything that I share here is MY personal experience. This is a personal blog.

My names is Jeff Powell. I've been struggling with weight for years. I've always been in decent shape, playing rugby in high school, swimming, hiking in my spare time. However, I've never been able to lose weight very effectively. It's been my goal to lose my stomach fat and get a six pack for a long time, but nothing has helped.
Finally I did. I ended up losing 40 lbs!
