Now for myself, I’m a pretty active guy. I surf when it’s windy and bike when it’s sunny. I enjoy running as well, and I’ve been known to dabble in a few sports while I’m ad it. Not the typical poster boy for a couch potato. But I’m also a guy who has a low metabolism rate – I don’t burn calories very easy. To conclude my little story here, I’ve lost a total of 40 lbs and my current weight is 180lbs, down from 220lbs.
